For goodness sake just google 'scrolling marquee'! I'm not going to be able to explain it to you, you're better off finding one of the websites that has the html you can just copy and paste. That's all I did.
Use the hex codes to mess with colours the same as you would have when you tweaked your template.
But I cant be bothered!...

Then why are you calling me ebil? It's your fault if you can't be bothered, not mine! I can't tell you how to do them- you need the code!

can i just say, i expected many comments about how fab it is that i joined ur crazy bloggy world... however all i got was these lousy comments about marquees... what even is a marquee!!!...and i thought you people were friends :P
We are... can't you tell...?...!...
a) We find it so 'fab' that we put up welcome messages on our own blogs rather than some lacklustre comment on Manda's blog.
(don't anyone try and tell me I spelt lacklustre wrong- this spelling is much funkier!)
b) A marquee is moving text but Manda evidently didn't think it worth the effort to work out how to do it herself. :-P
c) Ditto to what Manda said. If we didn't like each other we'd be being nice. hehe
hahahah i joke, i'm only in this blog thing for blatant self promotion. Clearly i'm going to squeal to get as much of it as possible :)
